All event bookings require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. This fee applies toward the total balance.
The remaining balance must be paid as agreed upon before or on the day of the event.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment.
Customers must provide at least 7 days notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of payments.
3. Service Availability
Our services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
4. Product & Pricing
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information on our site are error-free.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
The $50 booking fee is non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on individual circumstances.
If we cancel a booking for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
